My work grew out of my own necessity to face what I had been avoiding; to meet my shadow, listen to my body, and allow parts of myself that had been buried, silenced, or misread to come into consciousness and belong.
What I discovered through that process is something I now trust deeply, that the body and psyche already know how to move toward wholeness. They don’t need to be fixed, they need to be listened to, witnessed, and supported.
This understanding sits at the heart of my work, which I describe as soul midwifery.
Soul midwifery is not about guiding, directing, or interpreting someone else’s process.
It’s about holding steady, attentive presence at moments of inner transition, when something old is dissolving and something new is trying to take shape.
Much like birth, these moments can feel uncertain, vulnerable, and deeply physical.
They often involve grief, fear, desire, resistance, and relief, sometimes all at once.
My role is to listen for what is emerging, to respect the pace of the nervous system, and to help create the conditions where integration can happen safely and honestly.
How I work
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a core part of my practice.
It is a subtle, body-based modality rooted in deep listening to the body’s inherent intelligence; the rhythms, pauses, and movements that reveal where life is flowing and where something is asking to be met.
This work supports the integration of shock, stress, trauma, and life transitions without forcing release or catharsis. The body leads; I follow.
I also work with Bach Flower Essences, which gently address emotional and energetic patterns that no longer align with the deeper truth of the person. These essences can help soften habitual responses, bring awareness to blind spots, and support emotional integration in a non-invasive way.
My art practice is inseparable from this work.
Through making art, I engage directly with shadow material; the unspoken, the taboo, the uncomfortable, the parts of ourselves we’re often taught to transcend or tidy away. Art becomes another form of listening, another way of allowing what has been exiled to take shape and be seen.
This work tends to resonate with people who are:
moving through grief or loss
navigating identity shifts or life transitions
feeling the stirrings of change without clear language for it
drawn to depth, honesty, and embodied approaches to healing
You don’t need to be in crisis.
You do need a willingness to listen inwardly and to stay present with what arises.
I don’t offer quick fixes; I don’t believe in bypassing the shadow in the name of light.
What I offer is presence, steadiness, and respect for the intelligence of your system: body, psyche, and soul, and for the timing of your process.
This work is about becoming more whole, not more perfect.
More honest, not more polished.
I have learned through experience that when what has been buried is finally allowed to belong, something vital is freed.
This is the work of soul midwifery.
Listening for what is ready to be born and staying close while it arrives.
